Single Chamber Machines

Our single chamber machines are incredibly durable providing operators with a long service life as a result of being constructed from high quality, stainless steel and fitted with quality BUSCH vacuum pumps. The 20 program IP56 control panel is easily operated even by inexperienced operators and delivers high quality sealing consistency from cycle to cycle. This range consists of various models with all with a series of alternative options. Your optimal machine size and configuration will depend upon your product, application and the productivity required.

SC 450
The SC 450 is our smallest single chamber machine. It is a compact, simple to operate unit that takes up very little space. Available with additional options including gas flush, sensor control and soft air the SC 450 offers reliable packaging results for a very small investment.

SC 680
Constructed of stainless steel and fitted with a quality BUSCH pump, the SC 680 is a reliable machine that is easy to operate. Available with a range optional extras including gas flush, soft air, sensor control and additional seal bar, the SC 680 is extremely flexible to use.

SC 450-D
The SC 450-D is especially designed with a very deep chamber size for packing bulky portion sizes whilst maintaining a small machine footprint. Easy to operate and equipped with a transparent chamber lid to provide optimum viewing during the packaging process.

SC 520
The SC 520 is a compact single chamber unit that takes up very little space. It is available with additional options including gas flush, sensor control and soft air. With simple operation and hygienic flat chamber for ease of cleaning this unit offers optimum packaging results.

SC 800
The SC 800 is a reliable unit that can be used to pack a wide range of products in various industry sectors. Available with a range of alternatives including pump capacity, seal bar placement and sealing options depending upon the productivity required.

SC 900
The largest of our single chamber models, the SC 900 is reliable and easy to operate. Like the SC 800, the option of increased pump capacity and alternative seal bar placement make it extremely versatile and provide greater output through each work cycle.
